My baby girl had open heart surgery just before Mother's Day of 2021. It was my FIRST Mother's Day as a mom, in a strange city...with a critically ill baby, and we were staying at Ronald McDonald House nearby the BC Children's Hospital. RMHC gifted all of us moms with some sparkling cider, some bath and body works goodies, some stuffies/toys for our babies, and a gift box of treats from Moore's Bakery.
