There is no competitor in Vancouver you can get handmade noodle and soup from the scratch under $10. Brisket was perfect and you can ask for lean meat. Noodle refill was $1.5? Per. It felt almost free. Some fried dishes are tough to chew as it won't cut well in your mouth. The Services....are sometimes non exist, but hey, we get the same services in most noodle places and this place is at least a lot cleaner. One sharble washroom might be a cons. Still the best udon in Vancouver!!
Motonobu Udon - Vancouver
One of our favorite udon spots in Vancouver! Every family member finds something they love here — my daughter can’t get enough of their flavorful curry udon, my wife enjoys the sushi selections, and I personally love their comforting kitsune udon. My other daughter prefers the cold udon, which is perfectly chewy and refreshing.
The broth is rich, the noodles are always fresh, and the environment feels welcoming...

I had been wanting to come to this Udon shop for quite some time, but it was always closed when we got there. Finally, we got in.
