Humble udon spot thats well-deserving of its Michelin inclusion.
Got the NikuToji. The broth had a balanced flavour that wasn’t over- or under-powering. The beef brisket was extremely tender and rich, and the portion was generous!
Seating and decor is comfy and they have seating for singles or small groups.
I opted to go for their most popular traditional udon, but I’ll definitely be back to try their specialty udons!

We were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away as there are no reservations available. The udon noodles were perfect. We ordered the Spicy TanTan noodles with a tempura egg and the NikuToji cold noodles. The Spicy TanTan noodles weren't overly spicy and the tempura batter was nice and light. The pork belly slices were thick. The brisket was plentiful with the NikuToji and was tender and delicious but a little salty towards the end. The mentsuyu sauce that accompanied...
I recommend ordering their cold udon as it comes with a tempura egg, which i think is the highlight.
Their Salmon and Ikura sushi was super yum too!!
