An absolute gem of a spot in Vancouver. The curry is delicious, affordable, flavourful, and the restaurant reminds me of the katsu curry I ate in Japan. I’ve eaten here several times, and I’ll always recommend it for anyone looking for a cheap and delicious lunch or dinner.

I tried the beef curry pork katsu with rice. I love the option to customize for less rice (200g instead of 300g for $1 discount) since I am a small eater. I found the beef curry to be a little too salty for my taste, but overall, the food was good. The pork katsu was sliced which I appreciate.

Very authentic Japanese style curry! But the taste of pork cutlet and chicken karage was a bit disappointed. Over all taste was good！ the pain curry itself was good enough without any meat. Haha, I will definitely return and recommend you to try

The curry was satisfying and really good taste. Workers and atmosphere was also great too. I understand it’s a bit more expensive since it’s in Canada and not Japan, but I’ll take off one star. However, overall I recommend to go here when you wanna feel Japanese food in Canada.

The beef curry, a speciality of the restaurant, was excellent! The amazake yuzu soda matched the curry very well. I was surprised and freshly surprised because there is no such amazake yuzu soda in Japan. The staff is friendly and the location is easy to get to. I would like to go back to eat there again.

Having a meal there just like travelling in Japan and then enter a random curry don house for a meal. Of course, the taste of curry is very authentic, not only that, also the way you make the order, you will choose the quantity of rice, curry spicy level and amount curry sauce for your order. This whole set of experience is exactly transferred from Japan. Highly recommended to be here give a try for the Japanese curry!
