I subscribed to their tiffin service for over two months and will never go back. There were delivery issues every few days and their customer service was consistently poor. Once I requested to cancel my subscription, they clearly stopped caring altogether.

The most ridiculous part — they use a third-party service to send delivery notifications, but I never received any. When I informed the owner, he told me to take it up with my phone provider because “all other subscribers are getting texts.” That response is both unprofessional and absurd.

Overall, a very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

Issues had with this tiffin service
- late deliveries even after followup and feedback on late delivery issues
- poor customer service as soon as subscription cancelation notice served
- sending non vegetarian food even though subscribed for vegetarian food
- unprofessional and breach of terms of subscription due to negative reviews received
- I don't need to look up 'absurd' word in dictionary. Your exact words were problem is on your end and follow up with your mobile provider which is utterly absurd.

My sister was visting from chicago and based on the reviews we decided to try this new restaurant on fraser street , ordered the mix parontha and chaat papri , we were highly disappointed with quality of the food . On top that the speed of service was at turtle paced at best, as if the food was being shipped in from New Dehli India. Defnietly will not come back

I ordered on uber eats and the taste was gross. Panipuri was good but not satisfied with filling of it. Samosa were undercooked and i bet they were not fresh and tea was the worst lacked flavour and oil like subtances was floating on it.

Very good place to enjoy authentic chole bhature which feels like home . And chai is absolutely worth trying love this place .❤️

Worst service ever! We waited for more than 30 minutes to get my order since they mixed up the orders and gave it to someone else. Will not be come back again.

I’ve known the MS Tiffin family long before they entered the food scene, and one thing they’ve always been known for is their love of great-tasting, high-quality food.

When they opened their restaurant almost a year ago, I finally got to experience their street-style Indian dishes as a customer - and wow, what a treat! Their award-winning chefs really know how to pack a punch. Even my colleagues are hooked on their samosas and cheesecake!

Recently, after my mom’s surgery, we signed up for their tiffin service several times a week. It’s truly been a lifesaver. Delicious, home-style Indian meals delivered right on time, every time. The food is consistently fresh, flavourful, and comforting. Incredible value and unmatched convenience. MS Tiffin truly delivers on all fronts!

We ordered takeout from here 2–3 days ago, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The gobi parathas were thick with barely any filling, and the jalebis tasted oil ? almost like old oil. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I also tried calling the restaurant several times with no answer. We ended up throwing away the entire box of jalebi and couldn’t finish the parathas either. Really hoped for better.

Staff was accomdating veg samosa were pretty good so were the jalibies and their milk cake!

Amazing experience, the chai tea was absolutely phenomenal. Staff are very kind.
