I picked this restaurant because of the name Belgian Wafle. I am interested in the name because I have a good impression of waffle in Belgium. It is worth our time. The food is great. I will score it 6 stars if it would be larger and offer a longer menu. Strongly recommend French waffle and Avocado Bennedict.

Our waiter Alexander was so kind and helpful, he took care of our table, helped with an allergy and just all around made our experience so wonderful. Would recommend coming by and trying any of the fantastic dishes. Will definitely be back for more!

Great service from Alexander. As an Australian big on coffee I’ve been to coffee shops around Vancouver and this is the best coffee I’ve had so far.
Service was good, but the Tiramisu waffle had the taste and texture of a cracker. Avoid.

Incredibly poor dining experience with a friend last week, largely due to the service. They were understaffed and our food took over thirty minutes, but despite being understaffed I saw a server (white male) talking to and laughing with who I assume was the manager (south asian male) while blocking the bathroom entrance when I needed to use the bathroom. Despite incredibly long wait times, both employees remained in that area for over twenty minutes. The food presentation was nice but tasted mediocre at best, and the waffles were hard. The tiramisu latte was disgusting and it remained largely untouched. Would have complained but manager was incredibly short with us and seemed hostile (we also saw him berate one of the servers). Super uncomfortable environment and would not come again.

Got vegan strawberry and banana waffle, they were both very good, the caramelized bananas were soo good. The strawberry waffle was very light and delicious and the perfect dessert.

I went here for Sunday brunch with my partner. It was our first time here and it sounded great! Although we were both quite disappointed and would never go back. I got the waffle Benedict. The waffle was very crunchy, through and through. I like a good outer crisp but this felt too stale and wasn't soft on the interior. The ham was sliced deli meat, which should never be used in this setting. The poached eggs were medium-hard. Absolutely no runny yolk. A small amount of bland hollandaise sauce was included. The side salad was a pathetic smattering of completely wilted and gross mixed greens, one tomato, and like half a slice of cucumber. I couldn't eat it. The only thing that made the meal edible was the hot sauce.
My partner got the pistachio (French?) waffle. The whipped cream seemed gross and rancid. Maple syrup was extra?! AT A WAFFLE PLACE. The pistachio cream sauce was good though.
Drinks (hot chocolate and cappuccino) were good. Service was pretty slow. Our waiter was friendly and nice. Our silverware nasty and covered in avacodo when we say down. Super gross. Ick.
