I availed their buy 1 take 1 promo from Uber Eats and got their Vancouver Roll. I also added their Dragon Roll and Unagi Don. Their sushi rolls were delicious, but the eel slices from the Unagi Don were too thin.

Nishiki Sushi on Victoria Drive is an absolute gem! The food is simply amazing, each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. The vibe of the place is just right, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere perfect for enjoying some delicious sushi. It’s definitely one of my top spots for sushi in town. Keep up the great work, Nishiki Sushi!

This restaurant if more likely a westernized. The rice is supposed to be sticky but they gave me the ordinary white rice. The sauce is a lil bit sour. But they have one of the best Miso Soup because they add a sprinkle of spring onions which adds flavour. The food is almost okay. The westernized flavour is overpowering the Japanese flavour.
