First time trying Lanzhou beef noodle (蘭州牛肉麺). I had to google where Lanzhou was…. It is located in Northwest China and this kind of noodle is very popular there, I learned.The noodle was hand made with good texture and the broth was quite tasty. Dumplings were decent, too.
They have clearly labeled vegan options, from appetizers to entrees to dessert. Everything was good, especially the red bean pancake, and super fresh. My only complaint is nothing is spicy even with chili oil. Other than, the service was great and it’s nice to be able to see the chef making the noodles.

Great service and food. Hot tea was poured for us as soon as we entered which was really appreciated as it was raining a lot outside.The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful with going through the menu with us. We had the Dan Dan noodles and Cumin beef noodles along with the green onion pancake. Everything was delicious and arrived very quickly.
