I love the boba and the drinks! They are always generous with the toppings and the pearls are made fresh in the store from scratch. They have some seating spaces as well. The girl who was working with the bangs and braids today did a great job with my drink.

I really appreciate the service from the staff member at 2pm today (12/20/23) :). It was very very busy and she was the only person working. She was very kind when I told her that I had made the order via the app and made sure I received the order on time (even though it was quite obvious that she had a lot to do). Thank you! ?

Customer service was so bad here. I asked if they had regular pearls/normal pearls and they asked me what "normal pearls were" in a rude way. Never going back here again and it was so overpriced as well.

I have yet to visit this onezo location before but it had similar vibes as the other location by Metrotown so the branding was on point. I tried out their caramel brulee milk tea this time and it was good but I was left wondering where the "brulee" part was coming from. Either way still good drink and arrive was quick

The taro bubble tea I had from here was delicious! The shape of the cups are also cute.I really liked the different flavour options they have on their menu, so I’ll definitely be back. Also for anyone reading this, I find some of the low star reviews for this shop nitpicking and not worthy of a 1 star. Give this place a try!

This location is not great compared to the one in Burnaby.Every single time I come to this location, there are never pearls, I have come at different times, 3, 4, and 5, and it's always the same.On top of that, their attitude at 5 is not the best. It looks like they just want to close the store ASAP even when there's still an hour left.It is unfortunate, as I really like their fresh tapioca and flavors.

The proximity of this bubble tea to the skytrain station is very convenient. The place is cleanliness, and the delightful music creates a pleasant atmosphere. The service is exceptional, making it a definite choice for future get-togethers with friends!

I ordered PEACH green tea but they gave me the GRAPEFRUIT green tea, which was really bitter and I couldn’t drink that. So I told them and they said like it was my fault and if I want PEACH green tea, I have to pay half of the price more. WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY 1 AND A HALF FOR 1 DRINK? NEVER RETURN!!!!

We could taste the flavours from their tapioca (sesame and rose), but the drinks were bad. The Totaro Tapioca Milk Tea was overly sweet while the Burny Caramel Milk Tea was watery without the caramel taste. Also, the server told me that 'NiuNiu' was a slush but it was under 'smoothie lover' section. A smoothie is different than a slush. Moreover, if they just have the words 'purple yam' on the picture of Totaro drinks, people would not know that it means purple tapioca and not purple yam. That is misleading. Furthermore, their handmade tapioca is as large as the pearls; they should not call them tapioca because it is confusing.

need to specifically add bubble to the order, there's no bubble in the menu you can choose....really
