Compared to another location I have been before, this one has more of an industrial vibe and also has lots of space to sit. Service was quick and friendly. Had a nice raspberry lemon loaf and mocha before it got busy.

When this Pallet location first opened they inexplicably allowed the staff to write their names on the hanging lightbulbs in marker and that was very strange but also, endearing. There aren't any marker names on the lightbulbs anymore but it's a nice and comfortable place to have a coffee. A neighbourhood staple.
Baristas are nice and friendly. I like the taste of its coffee. It doesn’t tasted sour. The atmosphere is suitable for studying or working too.

This place was busy on Sunday. Fortunately, a table freed up just when we picked up our drinks. The place was not very comfortable because of the angled proportions. The servers were courteous. The baristas were perfectionists so the drinks looked beautiful. Unfortunately, the roast did not improve—it was still the boring pallet roast we have encountered in other Pallet locations.

Haven’t been in a while, went to get some beans while in town. Got a mocha that tasted watery and espresso tasted burnt, milk temp was scorchingly hot. Drinks used to be made with such care here. Scone was nice though.
