Nice and smooth flat white ($5.50). Nice coffee shop on the corner of Kingsway and Knight. Good amount of seating. I like sitting by the window!

This is a fantastic place. I especially highly recommend the iced latte!! You can feel the rich, nutty taste of coffee. It is impressive to see that each coffee bean to be brewed is stored individually. I'm so sad that I was only able to go there once while I was in Vancouver. Next time I go to Vancouver, I definitely want to visit again!!

I visited for a quick caffeine fix and ordered a cold brew. The staff didn't ask if I wanted ice, and the drink ended up being 80% ice and only 20% coffee. When I mentioned this, they didn't seem to care and said I would have to pay for another drink. Pallet Coffee doesn't live up to its reputation. Big chains like Starbucks excel because of their excellent customer service and efficiency. Even their refill policy sets them apart from smaller companies like Pallet. It's a shame because I want to support small local cafes, but they often don't provide the same experience as big brands like Starbucks.

Great coffee with very friendly staff! If you become a regular, they'll definitely rememeber you. Doesn't get too loud so it's a good place to get a bit of work done on the laptop.

Latte art is some of the best I've seen.

The standout for me was their signature espresso blend, which boasted a complex profile with hints of dark chocolate and citrus, leaving a delightful aftertaste. The baristas, skilled and friendly, are more than willing to share their knowledge, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. The food menu, though limited, complements the coffee perfectly. Their pastries, fresh and locally sourced, are a real treat, especially the buttery croissants.

After a gap of five years, I had a chance to re-visit this place. It was not lucky day for me I believe. I requested for a dark Roast flavor, but they don’t carry dark roast she confirmed. We specialize in medium roast, the barista said. I was OK with it. I paid for a small Size of coffee and paid a tip. Unluckily, the coffee was already cold, Maybe the last cup she poured to me, anyways, I added some milk and walked out. After one hour after finishing my coffee, I just felt something is wrong with my throat. I’m not sure if it happened due to coffee or due to crazy weather, my throat was hurting.
I didn’t ordered anything else except this coffee. Overall I didn’t enjoyed the coffee, it was not up to the mark, cold, stale, not filtered…

The staff was super friendly and kind! The coffee had good milk foam but tasted a bit bitter at the end.

This coffee shop was by far one of the best coffees that we had in Vancouver. It was not as good as the standard that we have in Australia for example, but it was good.

My absolute FAVOURITE coffee in the city. I always order an oat latte with caramel. All the food I’ve had is delicious too. It’s not very busy the few times I’ve been, and the decor is really cute and cozy. They have a little patio out back that’s great on warm sunny days.
