I'm seriously disappointed in this location. I've been going here for years and the quality has declined over the last year or more. The last while I've been feeling like the amount of cheese has gotten very light. So this time I decided to pay for extra cheese. I got home and opened the box to find the exact same amount of cheese that I usually get, without paying the extra charge for extra cheese. I feel completely duped. It feels like a really disingenuous thing to do. If I pay extra money for extra cheese, I would expect there to be some noticeable amount of extra cheese. This is the last time I get pizza from panago, which is disappointing because it's been my go to spot. So many other places in the neighbourhood to get pizza.

This is our regular place, the kids absolutely love Panago pizzas. Vishu has been very patient and helpful. We are happy to be here every time!

I had to wait 3 hours for my 1 medium pizza delivery. Not sure how that's possible considering I live a 5 minute drive away from this branch. I called support but they didn't help much. Never again.
Waited over an hour for a pizza that was supposed to take 20 min. Staff didn’t seem to care much. Horrible service! Will not be back to this location,

Not bad pizza. I usually just get the pesto pizza with some toppings. The only reason we went there was because we had a 65$ gift card. The cheesy garlic bread I would give a four out of five stars.
