This morning, I found myself needing to use the washroom, so I went to the café. As soon as I walked in, I noticed there was a keypad for restroom access; I then asked one of the girls if I could use it. She replied that it was only available for customers, suggesting that I would need to make a purchase first in order to use the restroom. I simply responded, "Sure, I'll buy something after using the restroom." I could see her expression was unfriendly, and she reluctantly made her way to the restroom to enter the code on the keypad. I thanked her, but she didn’t reply to my gratitude. Upon entering the restroom, I heard two guys chatting loudly as if they were nearby. I looked up at the ceiling and noticed it was wide open, connecting to the kitchen where those two staff members were working. For a brief moment, I wondered if there were any hidden cameras up there. After I left the restroom, I went to the counter and ordered a medium-sized tea, which cost around $5 and, in my opinion, seemed like a small cup. I wasn’t very impressed with either the tea or the overall experience at the café. They could have easily put up a sign saying "no public restroom use." The girl's demeanor could have been more pleasant; just imagining her in my situation of needing a restroom. How a little kindness can go a long way in making a good or bad impression.

Such a cozy and adorable cafe! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and a perfect spot to relax or get some work done. I tried the pistachio latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The raspberry croissant was also amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely a hidden gem that I’ll be coming back to!

Good service by the barista who is also the cashier and server of the orders.
Coffee bun is always a must try. Crunchy exterior but soft inside. There is also butter inside.
Pistachio Latte (one of their specials) maybe this is limited offering only. It has the right blend of pistachio without it overpowering the espresso.
I would recommend this spot!

If you’re looking for a healthy and light breakfast or brunch but don’t feel like cooking, this is a great spot to consider. The food is pre-made, which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars — I prefer meals prepared fresh upon ordering. However, it’s still a solid option in the area, and I might return for another quick meal solution.
I had such a wonderful experience here! The Bun was delightful, soft and freshly baked, topped with just the right touch of Nutella, and paired with fresh banana slices. The coffee was rich and aromatic, a perfect match for the dessert. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

I visited PappaRoti Café on Keffer Street for the first time and absolutely loved it! I ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant, Citron Chicken Pesto, and a coffee, and everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. The owner was very friendly, the customer service was excellent, and the prices are reasonable. This is definitely my new go-to place. Highly recommend to everyone!
