Delicious treats with high quality ingredients, well crafted baking and delicious flavour. Brownies are baked to perfection, Alfajores, amazing the cheese cake is just the right texture and sweetness, Brioche with Gouda wow! and my ultimate favourite… tres leches cake!!! Rolando‘s love for baking is evident.
