We got the chicken Bon mi, by far the best bread I’ve ever had, we tried the beef stew today and wow !! So so yummy. I’m so excited to go back.

We ordered the special and the vegetarian. The special is supposed to have slices of cold cuts, but we got something that contained chopped up bits of meat. The vegetarian was shredded tofu that's similar to Ba Le. The fillings for both sandwiches were very stingy and not worth your time eating it. Do yourself a favour and get a banh mi from literally anywhere else.
I seriously wonder how are they receiving 5 stars. Bad sandwiches aside, the restaurant smelled sour and the worker looked like she didn't want to be there. She also made a face when she saw I didn't tip on the machine (I tip with cash).
I've lived here most of my life and have eaten a lot of banh mi. This is by far the worst banh mi place in Vancouver.

I ordered a dozen of pastries for work and they were very popular. Lots of choices and it's mostly self serve with some tarts and cakes in the fridge. This berry tart was very yummy and packaged well! The cakes look amazing and I'll be back to try one of those!
This sweet rice donut is my fav here! chewy and sweet so I loved it! I def visit this place again with my friends :)

I have never seen such enthusiastic service anywhere, very good customer care, the bread here is delicious, sitting and watching people walking is very interesting. I have only been here once but feel it is worth it.

The place is an absolute dump. I understand that the building is old but my goodness there is little to no cleanliness at all. Would not even go to the bathroom at this place. Pretty sure it has a rodent problem. Plus I found a hair in my ban mi but couldn't do anything about it cause it was to go. Oh well.
