My fiancée and I had a reservation for dinner at Parker Rooftop on Valentine's Day to celebrate our engagement. Our reservation was for 9PM, and we arrived on time. We got seated, and eventually ordered our drinks and food. We ordered the truffle fries to start, and the burrata salad and lobster ravioli as our entrées.
It took thirty minutes to get any water and be greeted by the server. It took an hour for us to receive our truffle fries and drinks, which were fine. It then took an additional hour for us to receive our entrées.
By the time we had recieved our entrées, it was 11:06PM, and my fiancée and I were the only customers left in the restaurant, since closing time is 11PM. The food was also looked extremely rushed and disappointing, especially for the price; I don't mean to be harsh, but I have never seen burrata so poorly made.
Instead of staying past closing time, we packed our food into boxes and left, without eating.
Our server was extremely apologetic and polite, but we still left extremely disappointed.
I would not recommend coming here in the future, unfortunately. It was not an enjoyable experience on Valentine's Day, and especially for the engagement dinner I had envisioned.

A great place, staffs are very welcoming. Ambiance is perfect. Great service fr Fiona and fr the manager. Good happy hour menu. Good food and good drinks! Looks like this is my new HH place whenever I am in Downtown area!

The tartare is one of my favourite in the city!
I will say, I went to the opening a couple of years ago and I was surprised to see the bathroom still in such bad shape. It may be some disconnect with the restaurant and the hotel but it’s definitely something that detracts from the overall experience.
Service was a bit slow but overall friendly!
Will be visiting again.

It was our friends birthday tonight so our other friend from out of town wanted to surprise her. I called ahead of time and was able to coordinate with the staff to set the whole thing up. We were able to successfully pull off the surprise and completely shocked the birthday girl! Food was amazing and our server Victoria was so sweet and attentive. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience in Parker Rooftop Restaurant 1379 Howe Street downtown Vancouver! Dine out Menu is great and portion is good for 2. The atmosphere is stylish, modern, and very relaxing—perfect for a date night or a nice evening out. The lounge and bar area are beautifully designed with great lighting and a cozy upscale vibe. The food was delicious and well presented, and the drinks were excellent. Blake, the Manager is amazing—very welcoming, professional, and made sure we had great service the entire time. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere in the heart of Vancouver!

Food I really good, not just bar food, many option and taste nice. Drinks menu is very big, hard to choose. Bar makes strong drinks, not cheap portion. Service ok, little slow but because very busy. Price little high. I like, will come again.

I had an excellent experience at Parker Rooftop. The server was friendly, drinks were tasty and nicely prepared / displayed, and the beer tartar was delicious.
I’m also happy with the management; I had an issue with the bill (my mistake) but they were gracious in finding a solution that worked for me.
