Sashimiya Reviews
I loved my first time experience with Sashimiya. I called and spoke to very friendly and helpful people even when I had so many questions.
I ordered the large Sashimi Plate and it was full of such fresh and delicious seafood! I also had the Salmon Aburi Roll and the California Roll. So good!
Next time I will make a point to look at al the groceries they have for sale as well!
Operated by well known chef Taka-Omi. This sashimi platter I spent about $40, made our dinner really enjoyable.
If you’re looking for authentic Japanese sushi, Sashimiya is a must. We went for the Premium Sushi Tray for four, featuring an assortment of the chef’s choice nigiri and rolls. The seasonal fish is absolutely delicious.
So glad we caught Sashimiya’s last day of their FIFA Weekend Event with 15% off 😽✌🏻

Sashimiya is a premier spot for sashimi enthusiasts in Vancouver. The restaurant offers high-quality, premium sashimi platters featuring rare fish. The Mother's Day Special Sashimi Platter for 2 remains a popular choice, providing a generous serving for 2-3 people. The selection of take-away sushi is varied, with the spicy tuna roll being a standout. The Chirashi Premium is highly praised for its fresh fish and fair pricing. Guests enjoy the small Chirashi bowl with 10 pieces of assorted fish on rice, which is known for its freshness. The Premium nigiri and the green and red Uni are also recommended for their delicious taste. The unique location makes it a worthwhile stop, and although there is no seating, the pleasant employees and the option to have sushi sliced make it a fun experience.
