Honestly - this review goes to the doorman/bellman. I believe his name began with a J, but I’m terrible with names. He was working around 6/6:30 tonight (March 24th). He blew my mind; the greatest service in the shortest period of time. He greeted me before I entered the hotel, and helped me confirm my friends were already inside. He guided me to the elevator to reach Parker Rooftop and after realizing the line was long (for hotel guests), he took me to another elevator to speed up my wait. While waiting on the elevator, he asked me what kind of drinks I like and when I said whisky, he immediately recommended a drink by name that had everything I was looking for. He made such an impression in such a short period of time! Blew my mind, honestly! His knowledge, personality, and kindness won me over. The actual server and restaurant were fine - great deals for happy hour. But I really hope this lovely doorman/bellman gets recognition because I would 100% choose him as my server if I could. I wouldn’t have wrote a review if not for him.

Della at Parker Rooftop is so friendly and an outstanding server. We decided to book my 40th birthday and came for a wine tasting, my goodness, what an incredible experience. Felt like we were back in Toronto at an amazing supper club. If you come to Parker, ask for Della, she is amazing! You won’t regret it!

If you are a newcomer or a local to Vancouver, you need to visit Parker Rooftop. More specifically, you need to ask if you can get Della as your server. She is so personable, friendly and professional! We are lucky to have had an incredible experience at Parker! Amazing team, and Della, we will be back!!

We celebrated our second anniversary at Parker Rooftop and they made the entire experience amazing. They treated us so well and even brought out a custom dessert that had “Happy Anniversary” written on it in chocolate, we loved it! The drinks and food were delicious and well presented. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so lovely!Yesterday I dined with My friends before I leave for a 3 month trip to the Philippines and Amy served us, one of the best in their team! Can't wait to see them again!Oysters were bomb! Sliders girl WAGYUWAITING FO? Fish and chip cones were even adventurous and first time I seen a twist of this in the city!! After a very underwhelming 1st time experience, we wrote to Parker explaining our dismiss with service, food and overall experience. They invited us back for a redo and although we accepted, we went in with low expectations… HOWEVER Blake and his team were outstanding and we received top notch service and delish food. The gin pitcher was amazing and mushroom tart and risotto were delicious.Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Extremely accommodating with our nut allergy!

Really good place to have a bite or just a drink. I definitely recommend bringing someone here on a date, she will love it. The view is amazing and the service too. The drinks aren’t too pricey either. The view at night is amazing and during the summer I imagine this place gets packed.

My visit to Parker Rooftop was a great experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and they went beyond to make it special. We were impressed with the complementary champagne and the birthday dessert. The food is absolutely tasty. I recommend their fish and chips cone for appetizers, very delicious. They also have a great selection of unique coctails. Looks great and very tasty. I will be coming back for sure.

I went yesterday for a date, my reservation was at 10.I felt so horribly disgusted and disappointed from everything to anything. I couldn’t stop myself from posting a review about how badly i was treated last night.Just after our food arrived, there was so quality check i think the server probably forgot that he was serving us as well!That was still okay;I came here especially to try the desserts and guess what?The kitchen forgot about my order so did my server/they thought they already delivered, thats what i was told by the serverThis is so funny!The whole experience left me totally annoyed and disappointed and ruined the date as wellNever coming back!!
