“I had been meaning to try this new café for awhile. The service was friendly and quick. The décor was modern and clean, and the music wasn't too loud if you plan on studying/working here. I had the pistachio latte and ham cheese croissant, both were very good. Overall, lovely neighbourhood café and would come back.“

“I’ve been a regular customer for a long time but recently I ordered a wedding cake from Tanya. She listened to my vision and created a beautiful masterpiece for my intimate wedding. I also had to transport it on the ferry and she had it packaged so well, it arrived in one piece. From cake tasting to pickup, it was all very seamless and of course the cake tasted amazing. We chose the lemon olive oil gateau which tasted bright and not too rich. We’ll definitely order again when we have another occasion.“

“Traveling from out of the country and wanted to get something sweet. Stopped here and this place is incredible. We walked in and the woman behind the counter made us feel like she was welcoming us into her home. We explained our situation and she gave us a TON of recommendations and even told us about stuff to see in the area. The dessert itself was sweet, but not over the top. It was tremendous. You can the taste the care and attention to detail in every bite. Cant reccomend enough. Will be back!“
“It was almost closing time and cakes were only limited. I wanted to buy a mango cake for my daughter’s birthday but there’s no mango cake at the time. Owner made us for a mango cake just in 10 minutes and it was really yummy and good portion for my daughter. Thank you so much for everything!“

“I got the hojicha latte with oat milk and half sweet and an egg tart. It was pretty good, the hojicha flavor was there and nice but I like it to be a strong roasty flavor. The egg tart was yummy, custardy and crispy. I got it warmed up but it wasn't warm all the way in the center, it was still good though.
I went in the afternoon and they had a limited selection of pastries so I suggest going earlier for more selection of croissants, cheesecake and pastries. Staff are nice. They have open seating with big windows, nice space and atmosphere“

“We visited Le Bellisse Café on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, in the evening around 4–5 PM. There was quite a lineup when we arrived, and the cafe felt a bit tight on space with a limited number of tables. It’s a small place, though it might have also felt busier because it was the weekend.
That said, everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The food was very fresh, flavorful, and literally melted in the mouth. Despite the wait and the limited seating, the quality of the food definitely made the visit worthwhile. I also took a few pictures during our visit.“

“After going to the Vancouver Art Gallery, I saw the Faubourg Cafe across the street. When I went inside I was surprised at how cute and cozy it was. I absolutely loved the decor especially the chandeliers. If you are ever downtown please go there and try the peach croissant. You won’t be disappointed. 🥐“
“Breka Bakery & Cafe on E Hastings Street remains a go-to spot in Vancouver for high-quality baked goods and professional-grade café service. It can get very crowded at times, especially on weekends, but it’s worth the wait because the service is excellent and it doesn’t take long to get your order. All the pastries and sandwiches are fresh and can be heated upon request.
I highly recommend this place.“

“An amazing French boulangerie in Vancouver, honestly better than many bakeries in Paris. The pain au chocolat and pastries are absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this place for a true authentic French pastry experience.

“Cute little cafe in Chinatown.
Warm and cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and customers.
The menu is small but looks really nice. I ordered a hojicha latte thinking it was horchata (brain fart). Me couldn’t pronouncing it was my first mistake.
I’m sure the baked goods here is excellent as they smelled amazing.“
