I have been wanting to go for SO LONG and I finally got the chance to go and it was SO GOOD. From the service, to the atmosphere (it has the quaint cozy Italian place on lock), and the food, my god, I am still thinking about the food. We got the sourdough focaccia and olives, the avocado beet pistachio salad and rigatoni alla vodka (forgot to take a pic haha) and two drinks — Bellini Peach Spritz and Blood Orange Sour.

One of my all-time favourite restaurants in Vancouver! Dishes are classic but the quality is top notch! The pizza is amazing. Ambiance is great. Service is great. Prices are expensive but well worth it due to the enormous portions, quality ingredients, and straight up delicious food

Tried to eat at this restaurant on August 23rd 2025 to celebrate a birthday. We made a mistake with the reservation and realized it was made for the wrong day.
The hostess was so rude to us and was so unhelpful. She looked up our information for the reservation and as soon as it didn’t come up in the system she immediately became dismissive and barely spoke to us. She didn’t try to find out if there was an error or make any suggestions to help the situation. Another group came in and she told them to stand exactly where we were standing while trying to investigate what happened to the reservation. We ended up walking out feeling disappointed and with an awful experience from the staff.
This is the second time we have had bad experiences with the staff and definitely won’t be returning unless they address the unfriendly staffing.

We went to celebrate our anniversary but not really enjoy our dinner .the foods is amazing but the service not really impressed me.the waiter not really pay attention on us at all .They didn’t acknowledge we were there and asking how was the food or need anything else.
We want to order something else on the menu they didn’t even bring us the menu just asked “what do you want?” Instead “do we need menu”
We asked for black pepper they brought it out for abit we still using it for other dish the waiter just came and snatch out of our table without asking.
And the restaurant that night very loud of those 2 kids behind us screaming and jumping. Pls take note to remind there customers if they have kids being loud just tell them keep it low for other people enjoy their dinner.

Classic Canadian Italian fair! Note that portion sizes are huge here, especially the spaghetti and meat balls. One plate of pasta probably feeds two people. Our party each ordered one plate not knowing, but they made for great leftovers. Also note there is parking to the left of the restaurant but limited parking spots. There is free two hour parking towards the end of the block near the park.

Our waitress kept rushing us to finish our meal and she came to our table 6 times to ask us if we are still working in our meal. The last time she came and said “you guys still have one more cheese left, let’s finish it!” I felt very uncomfortable to be rushed to finish my meal so I decided not to go for dessert. I was there to enjoyed the meal but I don’t understand why the waitress kept rushing us to finish. She didn’t say her name at the beginning so I couldn’t write the name here.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Pepino’s Spaghetti House. My girlfriend and I tried the “Eat Like a Family” option, and it was incredible from start to finish. They ask about dietary restrictions and preferences, then create a surprise multi-course menu just for you.
The food was phenomenal, easily 10/10. We were blown away by the quality and the quantity. It started with multiple appetizer plates, followed by a generous dinner round with several dishes, and ended with two different desserts. For the price, you simply can’t beat the combination of taste and portion size.
Service was top-notch. Our server was friendly, attentive, and timed everything perfectly. Over about 90 minutes, each round arrived right after we finished the last, creating a seamless dining flow.
One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Vancouver—highly recommend!
