This used to be my favorite café, and I came here all the time.

But recently, I had a really disappointing experience. I came on time to pick up my order, but a staff member told me I was late and warned me. I showed the correct pick-up time, but she didn’t apologize and falsely claimed they had extended the time. That wasn’t true, and the cashier just blamed me without checking anything.

I felt disrespected, and it really changed how I feel about this place. Sadly, I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

I’m updating my rating based on my previous experience, which was positive.
However, I’m disappointed because they didn’t listen to me and gave inaccurate information about the situation.
1. I was not late for the pick-up time.
2. She claimed she extended the pick-up time because I was late, but that’s not true — the pick-up time was never changed in the first place.
3. She said they usually throw away the food after the pick-up time, but I arrived before the pick-up window ended, so this doesn’t apply to me at all.

This wasn’t just a simple miscommunication. I didn’t feel heard, and I think that matters.
I appreciate that they’re trying to respond now, but unfortunately, this whole experience made me decide not to return.

I have been to this spot for first time:
Everything was perfect the atmosphere was amazing and the people who worked there were so polite and charming.
I spend almost 40 minutes in a n Amazing place.

What an amazing gem!!! Everything is made fresh in house, amazing variety for tea lovers. My new obsession! I have had the blue matcha and the mushroom latte so far and cant wait to try them all. AND they have coconut milk!!! As someone who cant have soy/oat n hates almond milk, i appreciate this hard to find option! Creamy n frothy n delicious drinks, yummy treats, good vibes and the friendliest of service!

One of the better options for coffee in DT/Yaletown area. The coffee is cool as you can make your own latte art. The desserts were also pretty impressive and they do go well with the coffee. Overall would still recommend to anyone looking for a good coffee spot in the area.
