Almost every cone on the menu is vegan — just ask. The base is creamy, and I really appreciate the creative toppings. Coming from Seattle, I also appreciate the absurdly low prices (looking at you, Frankie & Jo's)

I am a huge ice-cream lover and not usually very fussy but I was disappointed by this one, I have to say. It really should be marketed as a dairy free soft serve, not simply ice cream because it certainly doesn’t have the same creamy texture a dairy ice-cream or gelato has to offer. The different toppings were fun but not worth the price paid I have to say.

This place is mid. The customer service was mid. The ice cream was mid. The overall experience was mid. The one saving grace was the atmosphere being edgy and cool inside the shop.

The ice cream should be marketed as being dairy-free, because going in with the expectation of creamy delicious ice cream will only set you up for disappointment. However, even with that being said, I have had infinitely better tasting vegan ice-cream before.

I went in for a late night treat with my girlfriend. Following the advice of prior reviewers I made sure to get the ice cream in a cup instead of a cone so the flavour could be mixed throughout. Still mid. At $10 a pop, it’s pretty disappointing and I would’ve preferred to have eaten elsewhere.

Didn’t really seem that good. Maybe it was just what I ordered but it was far below in terms of taste of McDonald’s ice cream. The customer service was amazing tho.

One of the worst ice creams i’ve had. Spent 20 dollars on what i thought was going to be a fantastic little date night but turns out it would just be a waste of time.

The Ice cream itself was bland, it didn’t taste like anything. It’s soft serve ice cream with different toppings.. That’s it. Nothing different about anything besides what’s on top of it.

The service was fine, she was friendly. Atmosphere was so so, it’s small, dark, and kind of dungy. Unlike online, there’s no pictures of anything in store so hopefully you remember what you wanted on top of your soft serve before entering or reread through the small printed menu on the wall.

All I wanted tonight was ice cream and instead i went home with disappointment.

I gave it a good chance. After about a quarter of the ice cream i wished it would get better but it didn’t.. any glimpse of hope, but just kept getting worse and worse, so we both ended up throwing 3/4 of it into a dumpster on our walk back to the hotel.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I used to love them so much? back when it first opened it was sooo good, I remembered it was really popular and the classic dark chocolate one was heaven…?

But I don’t know why it tasted so bad now, full of artificial flavours ??? What happened??!!! It was so bad that I had to throw it away, my $8 down the garbage bin….

Top tier service and definitely the most "instagrammable" ice cream out there.

You may be deterred by the ice cream being vegan and lactose free but I taste no difference and think it's actually much better than most options.

Give it a try! I recommend the dirty blonde if you're thinking of any. The cherry one was the one in my photo.

Props to Sydney and Dennis!

I'm visiting from Australia and have already been here multiple times. Delicious ice cream, friendly staff and great atmosphere! So hard to find decent dairy-free soft serve so I'm very happy to have found this place. Franchise in Australia please? ???

I am a vegan and also have several medical restrictions on my diet. For example, I can't have coconut milk, which rules out 95% of the vegan desserts sold in North America. No fruit, no chocolate--yeah, it sucks. I reached out to Perverted ahead of my visit to Vancouver, not feeling too optimistic. However! A phone call and a couple of Instagram messages later, I confirmed that there was a cone I could eat, and in the process confirmed that Perverted has great customer service. I dread making these calls, explaining over and over that no, I can't eat this and that and the other thing (fructose intolerance is real, y'all, and so are weird immune system issues around chronic pain), but the folks at Perverted were so helpful! (For comparison, one other dessert spot in Vancouver never answered my message about ingredients, and yet another had misleading language on its website, claiming their product was cashew-based when in fact the second ingredient is coconut milk. Not cool!)
The cone itself was delicious. It was enormous, with a pleasant vanilla soft serve and several toppings incliding an excellent vegan whipped cream, and it was pretty to look at before I ate it--my partner and I took a selfie with our oversized cones and let me tell you: I look so happy in that shot! This was the first waffle cone I'd eaten in more than five years.
Perverted, if you ever feel moved to open shops in the US, please start with Seattle.

This place was AMAZING! As someone who can’t have dairy and always gets stuck with fruit sorbets - heaven! The service was friendly each time we went. It was worth the small wait the one time we went and although it’s hard to tell flavours on the website the photos are very helpful and the menu in-store gives more flavour descriptions. Highly recommend! (Careful it can melt super fast!)

Vegetarian options: They said they had vegan options. Not sure what would need to change for that.

Dietary restrictions: All of the ice cream is plant based!!!! I could have the whip cream, any flavour, chocolate shell, drizzles, etc. Just not the white chocolate drizzle.

Parking: You can park anywhere and walk to it. It’s street parking. A few underground ones if you’re shopping elsewhere and walk over.

Kid-friendliness: I mean, I don’t know if I’d buy one for a kid and maybe I’d make them wait outside BUT a kid would love this fancy ice cream. Melts fast, maybe in a cup.

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps but small place.
