Came here to try out this new restaurant that took over Pepper lunch. Food was decent but the staff failed to inform us of a fixed gratuity. I was shooketh when the bill arrived. It wasn't noted anywhere on the menu and I just find it ridiculous to surprise your customers like this. My colleagues and I most likely won't come back.

A new franchise by the Wooden Fish team. It’s a very beautiful and clean restaurant around Cambie and w 7 Ave.For starters, it had great service and friendly staff. Secondly, each dish had an accompanying sauce, which made the food different and delicious.Today for our entrees, we tried Beef carpaccio. it was very tender and had great and unique taste, definitely a must try.We also had grilled baby octopus with ginger sauce, which did not disappoint.Then we continued with a Lavong roll with shrimp paste and Saigon roll with peanut sauce.Lastly for our main courses, a Satay pho and lobster pho. All were delicious and had unique flavours.
