Pho Bo
Traditional pho from North Vietnam (no bean sprouts, basil or hoisin sauce will be served) well-done beef brisket, rare steak, green onions, and rice noodles.
Pho Ga
Free-range chicken noodle soup, white onion, cilantro, side noodles.
Pho Satay
Spicy satay peanut based noodles soup, rare steak, bean sprout, green onions, cilantro.
Lobster Pho
Lobster tail, dry-mixed rice noodles with ginger soy sauce, bean sprouts, onions, cilantro come with chicken soup on the side.

Saigon Roll
Pork belly, shrimp, vermicelli, chives with peanut sauce.
Nam Bo Roll
Lemongrass strip loin, pineapple, cucumber, lettuce, Vietnamese herbs, served in fermented fish sauce.

Had dinner here with my friends last week and everything was amazing! The food was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly. Zoey was our server and she was outstanding and made our experience even better. We ordered the pho, soft-shell crab, and lobster roll. Every dish was excellent. The pho broth was especially tasty, and the noodles were just like the ones I atein Vietnam!

Wow! I’ve lived in Vancouver over 20 years and eat Vietnamese cuisine once a week. This is nicest atmosphere of most other Vietnamese restaurants. I was also impressed with the array of house made sauces. The pho broth was tasty, and they had fresh menu with variations of menu items not found anywhere else. For example a diverse list of salad rolls with fresh different ingredients. Audrey our server was really nice and experienced with their menu. Looking forward to come back...

Fantastic food every time! We were blown away that the salad roll special now has 4 rolls for the same price instead of 3 rolls - - - at a time when inreasing prices result in smaller portions, this restaurant keeps providing excellent portions of food. The owner came out and chatted with us, and gave us a nice little dessert as a bonus! We recommend this place to everyone!
