The pho was good, nothing amazing but really hit the spot after a long day. Was about average for pho and like most vietnamese restaurants. I don't live in Vancouver so I couldn't necessarily say I would go back but if I had to I wouldn't have any complaints.

Hidden gem! Can’t tell from outside nor by it’s looks but give it a chance and you’ll understand what I meant!I love papaya salad from here, chicken pho, and lemongrass chicken rice plate is quite yummy and filling too!Great service as well.I usually go there every few months, whenever I miss it!!Highly recommend.

Shell of its former self. More sad every time I come back. Last time was the last. Just shut the doors already. Otherwise listen to your customers and show some improvement.
Love the rare beef Pho soup, broth very tasty.Suggestion for the owners; please put some music, the only thing missing is some kind of ambiance inside the place.
Paid for extra veg and received 5 pieces of broccoli and 9 slices of carrot. Very disappointed for the price. Called and the response was that is extra veg. I hate to see what no extra veg is
The food is great! Price is honest and not crazy skyrocketing like other businesses around! Service is good. Stuff friendly! Atmosphere is a bit sad, not really great considering furnitures, lighting etc. I usually go on my own and it feels a bit sad. However, I prefer this to the price increase for the same food, still great quality food, but the same! Overall I will suggest this place!
Vegetarian options: The menu offer many veg options, not fully vegan since fish sauce is used mostly everywhere!
Wheelchair accessibility: The store is street level and there are no steps!

Pho Central has been my go-to ever since it was located at its last location across the street when it was just a hole in the wall. Always consistently tasty, generous portions and good prices. However the last few times i've ordered from here, the portion sizes has been super stingy and small on all fronts and they especially cheap out on the meat to about half the portion they used to give. The mango salad is literally half the size of what it used to be on a tiny plate for 10 dollars.Prices are very high, averaging 18-19 dollar a plate now. So i'd definitely expect a good portion size for that price (and feel full after!). The last time few times i ordered, once a lemon grass chicken and rice and then other time a lemon grass vermicelli bown with spring roll and wasn't even full both times.I'm not sure if this place is under new ownership but unfortunately price gouging and having not much to show for it is going to turn people away. It's a shame because the food and service is good but i can't justify these those tiny portions for the price.

Tasty and cheap. They had a vegan pho with imitation shrimp that was yummy. And the sour plum soda was interesting and fresh!

Very good pho. I love the location, and the food as well. I liked the rare beef and brisket. The small is great for one person. I also tried the egg, condensed milk and soda drink. It was surprisingly good, too.
Very simple restaurant with good pho. Wasn't the best I've ever had but was good. Would go back. Ordered pho tai (rare beef) and seafood in chicken broth. Spring rolls were ok, salad rolls were big and filling.

This family run restaurant is still the best value for money if you want delicious food at affordable prices. Love their pho, salad rolls and grilled chicken vermicelli dishes!
I went there on 17 November. The woman working here was very rude.We went with two people and she only provided chopsticks and dishes for one. When I asked for another pair of chopsticks, she ignored me and I had to go and get them myself. I didn't want to tip, but I did because the food was good. If you don't want to do it, don't work there, I won't go there again.Obviously, "Thai son" near Main Street is much better in terms of service and taste.
