Pho Express Ankor Noodle House(Best Price on Website!)

This used to be an old standby for me. Last two times I've gone here I've been disappointed...
About a month ago I had the lemongrass beef bun (which was usually outstanding) and the beef was just like leather. I mentioned it to the server and she did absolutely nothing.

Being open-minded here I went back.

Just yesterday I had the rare beef pho (which was not disappointing) but I asked for chili oil, in the ended up being charged for it when I went to pay. No other Vietnamese places in the West end do this. Come on.

Sadly I won't be back.

Incredible disappointing. Been going here for years as we are in the neighbourhood.

I ordered the large wonton noodle soup tonight and when it arrived a lot of the veggies looked less than fresh and there were only 3 tiny wontons in the soup. I let the server know and let her know I would be going somewhere else. For soup that is nearly $20 this is unacceptable.

I had the Pho with rare beef, tripe, tendon, and beef balls. The broth was very salty and seemed to not have much spice or aromatics flavors to the broth and the noodles seemed of a lesser quality. My honest opinion. Good if you want some quick pho. The server wouldn't give me the chili oil I kept asking for. Maybe a language barrier.

Hidden Gem!! This place has the best Pho I've had in all Vancouver, for a grear price and super good service.

All great at this place. Hopefully everyone comes and they never close.
My favorite is 42 he he beef pho with noodles DELICIOUS

The best place to eat noodles, in each bite you feel the intensity of the flavors, do not miss the opportunity to taste this delicious food.Without a doubt, I will come again.

Nothing tastes better than a warm bowl of pho on a rainy day. This place hit just the spot and the lady serving us was very nice. Will be coming back here for sure

The food here is phenomenal. I had the viet spring rolls and chicken + beef pho and it was incredible. The best pho I’ve EVER had and I swear by that ?The server was great and the food arrived in less than 10 mins. I will be returning next time I’m in Vancouver!

visiting from toronto, this was the best pho i’ve ever had IN MY LIFE. the sprouts: phenomenal, the basil: beautiful, the chicken and the beef: out of this world. i recommend 10/10 TOTAL KNOCKOUT. pls pls pls eat here u will not regret it

This is delicious!! I love the soup here but what’s even better, the meats. Definitely order lemongrass chicken or pork, the marinade is phenomenal.
