Consistently good for dine-in and very friendly service
This was the only restaurant that was open late while we were waiting at VGH Emergency in the late night/early morning. Placed an online order and they forgot our utensils...I was so disappointed. I was able to sip the soup from the bowl but the hospital didn't have utensils available at 3:45AM
I called the restaurant to inform them, but the lady who picked up didn't speak English very well. I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke fluent English and they hung up. I tried to call again and it went straight to voicemail.

It's a quiet restaurant that's got some pretty decent food. It's great on a cold rainy day when you're on the run. The house special came out quickly since I was the only one in the restaurant. Add the chilli sauce and it's a game changer. The guy who served me was courteous and prompt and didn't come to my table 800 times to ask me how the food is.

We tried pho special and spring roll, grilled pork with vermicelli, the broth of the pho is so rich and spice amount is just perfect! The vermicelli taste so great with the smoky pork and crispy spring roll in it. The owner even gave us complementary iced lime drinks, it was so refreshing. Best hospitality and food, definitely will come back again!

One of the lowest ranking pho I have ever tasted in Canada for $16.50.
I went on a Saturday lunch at around noon and only two tables which should be a red flag.

My first time dining in at this restaurant. My experience was a pleasant one, I was welcomed with a very friendly smile and the man that served me might have been the owner? Regardless, that was a plus for me with good friendly vibes. This was important for me and it did set the tone for future visits.
I ordered the Bun bo hue (spicy beef and pork vermicelli noodle soup), this is my favourite type of soup that I always like to test out at a new restaurant. Portion was great, would order this again.
As I was eating, the gentleman came over with a friendly smile and offered me a complimentary spring roll as a 'student special offer'. I smiled and was flattered with the gesture. The spring was very good, would definitely order this next time because it was with the rice paper wrapping and fried (my fav type of spring roll).
When I was paying, I thanked him for being so kind and generous with his service. I said I'm actually not a student, in fact I'm a business owner located behind their restaurant, and I was very flattered and pleased with my first experience. Not sure about the low ratings, but this had exceeded my expectations. As a owner, being curtesy and showing a little appreciation goes a long ways for returning business. I will be back!

This is a great restaurant with classical Vietnamese cuisine. It was our first time trying Vietnamese cuisine and we were not disappointed. There are a lot of advantages of this restaurant: diverse menu, delicious food, affordable prices, good location (next to the public transportation), works 24 hours and friendly staff.
The food was freshly cooked and delicious but the most unusual thing that we liked was traditional Vietnamese coffee. The taste was really very unique and pure.
We would just like to recommend 2 things:
1) To add some variety of desserts to the menu so that more people can enjoy eating traditional Vietnamese dessert with Vietnamese coffee.
2) To add more variety of salads and grilled or stir-fry vegetables.
Overall, this restaurant is a great place to experience authentic Vietnamese food with your friends and family!
