We had such a satisfying meal at Pho Japolo today! We ordered #16, #18, and #22, and each bowl was packed with flavor and warmth. The broth was rich and aromatic without being heavy, with that perfect balance of savory depth and freshness. The meats were tender and generous, and the noodles had just the right texture. The #16 with brisket, tendon, and tripe was comforting and hearty, while the #18 house special had a beautiful mix of everything. The #22 beef stew noodle soup was bold and fragrant, with a hint of spice that made it so addictive. Service was friendly and quick, and everything came out piping hot. We left feeling full, happy, and already talking about our next visit.

Been here few times very nice service - food just fine .soup not taste any thing look like clear water and add veg plus meat - BBQ dish bit better Last weekend we order to pk up - the mature lady take order very rough - when we get there she seem dont have a gd day But the young lady very friendly and helpful

This place is terrible. The lady is so mean. She thought I didn't understand Vietnamese but I did. She would insult me directly thinking I didn't understand. Plus the quality is not that great. Don't come here if you don't want the lady talking shit about you!!!

Portion sizes have halved of the Vietnamese subs aka banh mi. Flavour is still fantastic, but they aren’t what they used to be. I get their chicken lemongrass rolls at least once every month or two, sometimes weekly! Well tonight was a far different experience. The banh mi rolls have halved, and the contents have more than halved, like 1/3 or 1/4 of what they were. Honestly going to have to find a new place for my banh mi because these are now far too pricey for the size.

Not friendly and welcoming staff, food was boiling and not satisfactory will not be supporting this business again. Also very limited vegetarian/vegan options and extra charge for tofu. The lady who sat us was not attentive and did not check in on us once I had to get up 3 times and ask another waiter for help. I got up to pay and there were sauces in a plastic container up at the front. I grabbed one thinking it was for customers and the lady yelled at me. I apologized and said I thought this was for customers and she said they sell them. After that she kept eyeing me the whole time until I walked out very disrespectful and rude. Please make it CLEAR that the items are for sale (there was no sign or anything) Will not be going back.

I found this place by accident, it's Sunday afternoon, cold and snowing, me and my family needed some warm lunch and Pho Japolo was right in front of us. We did enjoy the soup and the lemongrass porkchops. It's really tasty and satisfying. What I don't like is the after taste, a few hours after lunch I felt so thirsty and I kept drinking water, maybe too much MSG. Personally I would prefer a bowl of warm Pho with healthier broth.
