I was very excited to try PiCaDo because of the positive reviews. I ordered a beef platter and was quite disappointed. It came with rice, beef, mixed salad, and red onions. The portion size was small, the beef was too salty (for my preference), and quite oily, but the rice....there were quite a few hard/dry/crunchy grains. I understand meals in DT can be quite expensive, but for $18,89, I would not want to be served crunchy rice.

Today, I had the opportunity to try the donair sandwich from this establishment. Regrettably, the experience was far from satisfying. The sandwich came with fries that seemed to be at least three days old, significantly impacting the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, the donair meat itself was tough and lacked flavor, making it a challenge to chew. Based on this experience, I'm unable to recommend this place.

Halal food and one of the best pizza I have ever tasted. Their lahmajoun is a must try thing. Everything we ate was soo good… I would highly recommend margherita pizza…Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pizza
I haven't eaten the doner kebab I ate in your shop in Vancouver yet. Very delicious. I recommend it to everyone. I definitely recommend you to try it. Greetings to the Picado family
As a Turk, we came here after reading the comments and getting excited, but... I think they can only survive in this country with this price range and this quality. They need to improve themselves a lot.

The most delicious lahmacun you can find in Vancouver (for now) is here. Of course, it can be developed further over time and brought to the level of what we eat in Turkey. The operator (Mr. Ünal) is someone who takes care to find and use quality products.
