Well, I ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut location, And it doesn't arrive so I called them and they told me that it's sitting there waiting for me to pick up and I said I paid for my pizza/delivery and a tip for the driver online through their website ... And they said oh, there was an error... that happens some time.."don't worry we will ship it out right away and won't charge you."...but then the owner called me back and said and "we didn't charge you for delivery, so we have to charge you for the delivery"... and I said that's not my fault. I've already tipped the driver and I've already pre-paid for my pizza....which apparently was ready over an hour ago and he said well we will deliver this pizza (which will be cold) and charge you for delivery, and I told him to cancel my order then as it'll be cold now and I want my refund. I said you have terrible customer service as (he could tell by my online account with them that I've been ordering only from Pizza Hut for the past 20 years but now he wants to ruin that customer relationship over a mistake on his website!!!) I told him I'll leave a bad yelp review... and he says, so do you want to cancel the pizza then... Did you not just hear what I said... Lol... never again... after a 20 yr relationship you'll lose a customer over a mistake on your end... on your website??

The delivery man was angry at me for not leaving a sizeable tip.He approached with a smile and once he learned he was not gaining any extra money immediately became unfriendly.I payed the bill and accepted the food and of which he immediately stormed off without as much a goodbye.
