Didn’t even get my pizza. I ordered online delivery, but they changed it to pickup without phoning me to confirm if I could come. The tracker still said “out for delivery”. I waited for my pizza and eventually reached out to ask where it was when it was late. and when i told them I can’t come in to pick it up, they hung up on me.

I applied a coupon for a Hershey’s cookie that would come with my pizza but the coupon did not go through. Showed the staff and I obviously had a valid coupon. He prepared it for me on the spot even though I was technically not supposed to receive it. Thanks for making it right 👍🏻 This is the type of customer service that makes for repeat customers.

GO TO YUMMY PIZZA UP THE STREET. I ordered the 3 topping medium for $9.99 from Yummy Pizza. I also order EXTRA small “personal”pizza from Pizza Hut $6.89 down the street and that was garbage. My friend didn’t even eat the Pizza Hut and ate my pizza. LOOK AT MY PHOTOS
