Some surprises, my hometown is a small mountain village in Zhejiang, and there are many flavors in my memory. But not many can reproduce it at distant temperatures. The dried vegetable cake here is one of them. The batch is even crispier than the one made in my hometown. It is definitely a very authentic Zhejiang snack.
In today's era of pre-made dishes, he is the only one who still makes them on-site.
