I have been to Ludica two times since living in Chinatown. I have had two of their most popular pizzas. I was happy with both times I have gone. Great for if you love board games. Great Pizza. Going to go back again soon with friends.

The concept is cool, but the zaas are ok plus, the service is slow, and the food takes quite a while to come out. Don't go there hungry, otherwise you'll might have a rough time waiting for your order.

I ordered Uber eats and this was one of the most tasteless pizzas I’ve ever had. Put most of it in trash. It was almost like eating cardboard.
We had the buffalo mozzarella pizza and it was very tasty (and messy! you’ve been warned haha). The service was fantastic and beer selection was also just right.

This place was terrible. The Korean female server looked unhappy while working, never came to take our order, and even the water was served late. I’ve never been treated this badly before.
It was so awful that I started wondering if the real issue lies with the management or the owners — maybe the staff aren’t being treated well, for example… That’s how bad it felt.
In the end, we sat at the table for 30 minutes, just watching the other customers around us playing board games. It was so miserable that we ended up leaving without ordering anything.

Came here with family for dinner. The service for “misunderstanding” a food allergy and being blamed for not communicating said allergy when 4 people in our group heard her communicate the allergy to the server. On top of having to pay for the pizza they couldn’t eat was unacceptable.
Carbonara was bland definitely needed more seasoning. Pizza was delicious (Hansa) But the wait times were atrocious. 45mins+ for a pizza
