Our second time to this small eatery, shared with Eggstatic. Their croissant was light, flaky, and buttery, just the way I like it. And the Avocado Breakfast Sandwich was very good. I also tried the Spanish coffee with has condensed milk in it and quite enjoyed it as it wasn’t too sweet. We also had Americano with a blueberry muffin ? and the matcha latte ?. The friendly service was just as good as the first time. ????

Good place to go for a matcha latte. Well prepared drinks in a very modern designed space. This place is now bad. Owner reduced the seating areas and now so crowded. Never coming here again. Not sure what happened, maybe there was a change of owner. It is not worth coming here anymore. The place looks cheap. Doesn't look modern anymore.

I have been to Porto Cafe several times already, and always love their breakfast sandwiches and matcha latte. I came here today because I saw the IG post from eF & Be bakehouse will do a popup at Porto. What a good chance to try their products! I have been wanting to try for so long and I am glad I came today. They have many options of different melon buns and several savoury flavors ones as well. The most wanted to try item will be the Mochi cookie. I always wondering how do they incorporate the cookie and the mochi. Due to the current weight gains, I control myself and only buy 3 items: mochi and cheese bun, matcha mochi cookie, and dark chocolate mochi cookie; aslo, paired with the matcha almond latte from Porto cafe. After the first bite, I just can't stop. What a creation! Mochi cookie! The mochi part is so soft and nicely chewy and the cookie itself is crispy and nice sweet. I regret it not stock up more.. The matcha latte is good too. Nice pair with the cookie. I am glad to meet Amanda as well and she is sooo friendly and helpful. Thanks for inviting all those different local awesome shops/creators into your store, so we have a easy access for trying different things. Looking forward my next visit!:)

2 shops in one. one coffee, one tea. I have only checked out the tea place and it is A+. The service was extremely friendly, and the drinks are slightly different/original. I look forward to going back again to trying other drinks and the food offerings from the coffee place. Great place for meeting with folks, or alternatively doing some work. It was a bit chillier out, and so every time the doors open you'd get a draft. Otherwise, I'm keen to go back.

Well I like the place and the food and it’s a nice addition to the neighbourhood; though I just found a dead fly in my yogurt parfait that I picked up a couple of hours ago to bring to work for breakfast!

This is a great location, I love sitting by the window and looking over the Vancouver skyline and the mountains in the background. The space inside is beautiful, if a bit cluttered feeling. The drinks I've gotten here are always great. However last time I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and found it to be a bit underwhelming. I think with a bit more seasoning it would be much better, it tasted a bit bland. They also share the space with a tea bar, which I'm excited to try out. Will definitely be back, at least for a coffee or team. However with a bit of refining, I think there is a lot of room for improvement.
