We had such a wonderful experience at our graduation party with the gelato bar.The service was top notch from the catering office staff to the friendly servers . The whole experience was beyond our expectations and we received rave reviews from everyone.I would highly recommend it for anyone who would like to make their gathering just that extra special! Superb !

Sorry, but is everything okay here? I went on sat, Dec 27 This is one of the busiest times, and there was only one employee working. I want to genuinely appreciate the girl who was working today. She was exceptionally professional, patient, and kind, managing everything completely on her own. Despite the pressure, long lines, and nonstop workload, she handled every customer with grace, calmness, and a sincere smile. Her work ethic, attitude, and commitment truly stood out it’s rare to see someone remain so composed and respectful in such an overwhelming situation. This is exactly the kind of employee any business should value and protect. That said, the situation itself was not okay. Customers were standing in long lines, many left because the wait time was too long. I personally waited 45 minutes only to find out that the tiramisu ice cream was out of stock, and there was no out-of-stock sign displayed. I genuinely love your quality, which is why this was disappointing. On busy days, please ensure proper staffing. It shows respect not only for your customers, but also for hardworking employees like her. She absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and a bonus for handling such an intense shift alone

Communication isn't always great - info about changes to the food truck schedule is not always shared, and there are sometimes delayed responses to messages.
And I ran into an issue when an e-gift card I received didn't actually work.
However, customer service is solid. I was able to get a new e-gift card within 10 hours.

Lovely staff however, not really high end ice cream or cone (cinnamon). And yes I realize it’s soft serve vanilla plus toppings, but the soft serve lacked richness for the price. On the plus side, very pleasant service.

Freshly baked chimney cakes filled with delicious icecream and a choice of your topping! Great taste, although it could be a little messy to eat since the chimney cake begins to drip as the ice cream melts inside. Innovative product, should launch in London!
Always highly recommend. I’m all the way from Surrey and the 1hr travel to Richmond was worth it. Hoping they make their Vancouver location regular. Tried kinder bueno and it is worth it!
Such a big ice cream, made with dough, chocolate chips and jam. It's so sweet that I recommend you to share because it would be a dosis of extra sugar for the day. Because it's big, it melts, so you have to eat fats. There are mini spoons that can help you to do it. Bon Appétit 😀
