Best pastries I've ever tasted in my life!!! It even beats some of the best German bakers I've been to. I've tried 5 different pastries including a cookie and pie and each was so good. The cake with raspberry was extraordinary. Highly recommended.

Walking into Purebread feels like stepping into a pastry lover’s dream. The warm, buttery aroma hits you instantly, and the stunning display of baked goods makes it nearly impossible to choose just one. This spot is hands-down one of the best bakeries in Vancouver — a total gem in Gastown.

I grabbed a flat white and a slice of the Lemon Coconut Loaf, and wow — both were top-tier. The loaf was moist, citrusy, and not overly sweet, and the coffee was smooth...

Purebread is one of those rare bakeries where you actually struggle to decide what to get — because everything looks (and tastes) amazing. The variety here is overwhelming in the best way: sweet, savory, vegan, gluten-free — they’ve nailed every category.
