waiting time was extremely high while it was 10:00 PM and they had nothing to do, but they didn't make my order till 20 minutes the curb in the shift she was leaving so tell her shift finished. She was here for more than 15 minutes and did nothing. There was no other person in the restaurant so I was the only person here waiting for them. The guy came to the front after 15 minutes he even didn't know I was there because she didn't tell him to make my tacos he did it fast but it took 20 minutes me to go out

This was the worst burrito I have ever had. It was incredibly bland while also being both dry and soggy at the same time???
We also had a burrito bowl and I can't understand why it was so small and after putting 4 different sauces as well as 2 salsas it was also tasteless and bland.
I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

This is the worst burrito in Vancouver. They don’t cook their hot foods (I.e. meats, etc.) in the actual restaurant. So the chicken burrito has tiny chunks of microwaved chicken similar to Subway. Chipotle is way better than this chain, and you’re better off going to any other burrito spot in the city. Really wish we had Burrito Boyz or Burrito Banditos here in Vancouver instead of this place.

I haven't eaten taco bell since i was a kid, but i would imagine it was of similar quality. I was in a pinch and trying to get my 8-year-old daughter a quick lunch. We ordered a cheese quesadilla with refried beans. What was amazing about it was that it was less than $3, which you can't really find anything like that for that cheap (except probably Taco Bell) anywhere in Toronto!
The problem was the refried beans were spicy and so my kid didn't eat it anyway. It was also difficult to understand the cashier and the place was small and uninviting.

If you are craving some fast Mexican tacos, quesadillas or wraps, this is the place. I like that fact that you can customize your food and make it as spicy (or not so spicy in my case) as you like so you can enjoy your Mexican food without smoking ? your taste buds ?

I used to come here very often but I’m not coming back. The prices have gone up and portions gotten smaller. They swapped the scoops for smaller spoons (and hoped no one would notice?). The amount of cheese they put on is comical now. The employee admitted that they are using smaller scoops now, but I could pay an extra $1.5 for the normal amount of cheese. Hope these tactics pay off for you!
Without question the worst burrito I have ever eaten. I have never left a review for any food in my life but I feel obligated to let others know how bad this was. Bland, lifeless, tasteless and dry are all perfect adjectives for describing the quality of the burritos you should expect to find at this Quesada. The food wasn’t even wrapped properly and the burrito fell apart before I could even eat it. Shocking. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Quesada is one of my favorite spot to grab a quick meal. I visited many locations and this west broadway one needs to get better! Their ground beed is over cooked, like burnt. Their lettuce is not fresh at all and soggy. I don’t think I want to visit this location again.
