I have ordered from here multiple times without issue. Last night I received the most disappointing order. The tacos were missing ingredients, the chicken was stale and cold, the veggies were not fresh. That wasn’t the worst part, it was the fact that the tacos were under a 1/4 full. The staff clearly don’t care and makes me wonder what other corners are they cutting.

Unfortunately the store is short in personnel, there is just one person taking orders from apps, and attending to the customer in person. There is no way for him to keep up with everything.

The churros had no sugar on it, and was very tough. I usually give a 4 or 5 on reviews if things were good, it’s rare I go below a 3, because I usually like food. But this I couldn’t finish at all. It genuinely felt like a waste of money. I see that the reviews are all low stars and there’s replies on each; but what’s the point in replying if nothing gets better? Genuine question.

I was start to order and they said u have to wait 15 mints even there was no customer and that lady was working very slow and making everything very slow its was so frustrating. I was not expecting that and i will never visit there . No busy and still no prep ready to serve

The toppings were so minimal, it felt like they were being stingy. I could hardly taste any Mexican flavour.
The food was cross-contaminated, I ordered chicken and all I could taste was fish. The quality of the food was not that good. Service was great, atmosphere was good.

Ive ordered twice on Doordash from this restaurant, and had very mediocre food each time. The first time, they completely ignored my requests for extra cheese and protein. The second time they once again ignored my extra cheese and protein additions, and also left out half the veggies i had ordered for my burrito bowl. Very disappointed
