Went here last weekend for lunch and left a bag of groceries by accident. Went back the next morning and asked if staff had found it. They said yes, but they'd thrown it away. I asked if it was in the trash and if they could retrieve it, they said no, it wasn't in the trash.
Clearly they were no being honest with me and my $40 worth of groceries had been 'disappeared'.
I reached out to the owners, but they declined to respond.
Will not be going here ever again - dishonest staff and bland burritos.

My burrito was soaking wet, soggy mess for $17. I went in for the first time because I wanted to support a local place. The guy making my burrito dumped a whole bunch of watery sauce into the burrito from the bottom of a container he microwaved, and when he went to wrap it, there was liquid all over the wrapping. I thought he might at least swap out the foil wrap as a courtesy, but no. On top of all that there was a tip screen with exorbitant suggestions. I tried to eat it but the wrap was just soaking wet mush.

What happen to Red Burrito?? In 2009 it was great, now 2025, They have dropped their flavours down a tone and over cooked and salty— Mexican food is supposed to be simple and amazing taste, terrible food and they need to improve in the simple things. Disappointed
