The noodles with shrimp wontons and beef were delicious. The beef rolls were good but I wished the beef in the filling wasn't cold. The salt and pepper popcorn chicken was delicious but I which it had a little more flavor to it. However, service was spotty since it took a while for the waiter to come after we finished eating the main course. On the bright side, the pudding was a delicious way to end the meal.

Big portions, very generous servings, and friendly service

A very nice place in the heart of Chinatown. When you walk in, it's like a high-end noodle bar with an open kitchen. The special beef noodles were cooked perfectly with a generous portion of beef. The broth was a bit on the sweet side, but with some chili oil, it made it perfect. The spicy fried chicken on rice was very juicy and large portion . Lastly, the XLBs were good size and tasty with a lot of soup inside. The servers are very friendly and helpful, knowing this was our first time there.

Had the premium beef spicy with flat noodles - absolutely amazing, the sweetness off the beef was quite impressive, the broth was an excellent compliment

Really liked the food here. The noodles are delicious and fresh, taste hand pulled although I’m not sure if they are. We got an assortment of dishes (fried tofu, tofu with preserved egg, boiled vegetables, xiao long bao dumplings) and various noodle dishes. They were able to add extra bok choy to the vegetarian noodles which was nice. One downside is they don’t have condiments like hot sauce or soy sauce for every table- I saw big bottles sitting on the counter but they wouldn’t let me serve myself; instead you have to ask them in order to get a small dish of condiment every time.

The noodles are elastic, the beef is delicious, and the beef tendons are not very sticky and melt in your mouth.
It would be perfect if the soup base was more fragrant, but it is already one of the best beef noodles I have ever eaten, so I don’t really have any complaints.

Best beef noodle soup I’ve had this year! The beef is so soft and tender, and the broth is bursting with flavour. A serious must try, I highly recommend.

Went for a late night snack and was disappointed with the service and food quality. Sat down 30 mins before they closed and they asked me to pay for the meal upfront, very odd. When I got the mushroom beef dish it was overpowering from a mushroom perspective. The beef was not as tender as I would have expected and had too much fat on it.

Super delicious! The taste is very Taiwanese! ! ! The meat is more tender than Taiwanese, super good! ! ! A Taiwanese girl would be too full to eat a bowl by herself haha

I went for lunch at around 3pm and the place was pretty full. Got the original beed noodle with wontons which was pretty solid. The noodles were very chewy and firm, the beef was nice and tender. One critique is that the broth feels lacking compared to other places. Overall pretty solid.
