Hard to find parking. When we try the back door, they don’t let us in.At least, give customers go in easily.

The workers are SO rude. I didn’t feel welcomed and I felt rushed through my whole dining experience, if one can even call it that. Very disappointed overall. Food was alright, it’s better on Robson St. Avoid the Broadway location at all costs. Save your money and time.

The other day we went to Rice and Noodle on Robson and had a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing and even though there was only one server she was fantastic and did such a great job. Today we decided to try the one on Broadway as we have a new guest in town. We arrived at 2:30 pm and the lady who took our order abruptly informed us that they close at 3 pm. We said that was fine. We ordered and she couldn’t care about asking the level of spice or couldn’t care about anything for that matter. Very rushed and rude even though there were only 2 other people in the restaurant finishing their meal. At a few minutes before 3 she started shouting out from behind the counter in a loud voice “ 4 minutes “ while her co-worker proceed to toss a bottle of water in the air. We were basically kicked out. We were well aware we had 1/2 hour to eat and run and did not need that type of rude treatment. Never again! Management you need to address this.

We come to dine in this lunch. The atmosphere, Food and Service are awesome! Especially, the cashier is really nice and friendly. We order one pad see ew and kung pao. It was delicious. It’s our first time here and definitely will come again in the future. It is my favourite spot now!

I went to this place cause I love the Thai coconut soup. It was 2:30 pm and the lady that takes your order told us they were closing at 3. She was very rude, she was on our back trying to kick us out of the place and didn’t let us eat. She literally shouted the countdown over the counter. Not coming to this place ever again.

Ordered pad se ew it came with thin noodles not thick and was flaming hot even though my bill said mild they actually didn't even ask me anyways my hubby had to eat it satay chicken was huge but deep fried still a good deal though

applebee tea

Update in 2023: I don't know who owns this branch. But they need to QC their food. This is NOT satay. If this approved as satay, I can put cubed beef in pasta and call it meatball._____________They can't make up their mind what time to close. They closed shop at 9pm, not even for take aways when they are stated to be open till 9.30. Avoid.

Fantastic meals! We stopped by here when we first arrived in Vancouver since it was across the street from our hotel, but ended up loving it so much we went back on our last day. Lots of great options, all of them fresh and delicious. Spice levels are no joke though!

Terrific menu, and nice staff. The food is very good, and not too expensive. I highly recommend.

Tried for the first time tonight and not very impressed. The prices are higher than the sandwich board outside on the sidewalk (the woman at the counter excused that as being an old sign.) Our Pad Thais were just okay, not great (veg overcooked, degree of spiciness/heat very high when I ordered 3 out of 10.) Husband's chicken satay was tough, he said.

I am a huge fan of the Surrey Centre location. This one is alright. The red curry isn’t as rich and the spice level is

There were 4 of us in our group and we decided on Thai food after a local suggested it. Pad Thai was very good. I had the tofu another in our group had the chicken pad Thai. Hubby had the chow main with added chicken. We were all very pleased with the taste of our dishes & thought price was reasonable for the amount of food we received.
