I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 3-4 years. Anytime I am in town, I come here and have recommended this restaurant to so many people as my favourite Italian resto with great service and ambiance. While the ambiance and service is still great, the quality of food and the new menu was absolutely horrendous. The pasta tasted like cardboard, which is shocking considering the prices have also skyrocketed just in the last 6 months. The menu online did not reflect what the new menu was. Unfortunately, this restaurant lost a long-time customer.

The extreme jack in price of the date night deal was a terrible, terrible mistake. It was the stand alone, key factor for what made this place relevant. Having to change our 5 year long tradition of going here for our anniversary is sad. Its amazing how many people I have heard comment on how the date night deal is gone and its the ONLY reason they went here. Owners: If you react quick enough, you might have a chance at retaining your customers

I liked this place a lot! The service is outstanding, incredible servers. The food was just underwhelming for the cost. A $35 plate of pasta should blow your mind in my opinion, and this was “just good”. I would compare the pasta to the spaghetti factory, but the service to heaven.

Second time here and tried the date night menu.. Got the bruschetta and tuna tartare. For pastas we got the gnocchi and carbonara and for dessert the tiramisu and the chocolate mousse. I have no complaints about the food. It was so good. The tuna tartare was ?? but suggestion for the bruschetta would be to add more ricotta. The pastas were delicious and al dente and I honestly loved them. Don't even get me started on the desserts the tiramisu melts in your mouth and the chocolate mousse is smooth and delicious. I was definitely in a food coma after this meal and was so happy. The only thing I would change with this menu was the drink selection. The date night only comes with 2 wine options - a bottle of Pinot grigio or Merlot. As someone who doesn't drink wine, I would have preferred other drink options. Other than that no complaints. Our server was very sweet and the ambiance was lovely and cozy.

Food was super mid for the price… Cost $250 after tip for a single drink, two pastas and single side. This would be fine if the food was good and portion sizes were proper Italian… but the Carpaccio came with hardly any meat, pasta was average at best for a half decent Italian place. Service was slow. Won’t be going back.
