First night in Vancouver and this was our first dinner — cannot be happier! We ordered these two dishes, baked rice and fried prawns and it was so flavorful which got me wanting to order more. They were very big portions so we didn’t get to and I wish we were staying in Vancouver longer cause I’d definitely come back. My family is from Hong Kong so I know what’s considered good HK food. We ordered the pork rice and fried prawns. When we ordered, the owner (aka the chef) offered to make the prawns in a couple different ways, which we appreciated. The food was very, very good — it’s not something you can have at many other Chinese restaurants, in my experience.
