Romilano Pizza Restaurant

I had a very wierd experience here. Had to be a fail on the online.
I ordered, never got a confirmation.
So I called the restaurant. They said that "they don't deliver to my area". "I would have to order skip or uber for them to deliver here".
I noticed they didn't have the same deal through the apps.
So i ended up ordering from another pizza place.
Right after I ordered i got the call from the delivery guy, outside with my order.... the same one I called, and was told they don't deliver here, and the online did not send me a confirmation.
So be careful with the online order there was a drop of communication between restaurant and the online.
Another part to be cautious about on the online it basically makes you put a tip before you order.
Then when they arrive machine asks for a tip again. So tip on the tip??
I hope when I pre put a tip in that driver receives it! None of the confusion was on him. He did his job quick and efficiently.
This experience definitely makes me question a pre-tip before delivery.
I'm sure this was a one off. Don't hold it against the restaurant. It was just a different experience. Glad I didn't use skip or uber. I would have been screwed with double the pizzas.
I also didn't like having to cancel the other place just before the order was done. Kinda rude. Never like doing that to any restaurant.

For $22, this pizza is not worth it. Toppings, little. Picture is here, this is supposedly a large by the way. The person working this night had no other customers in the store and gave me surprisingly a lot of attitude for just picking up the pizza and paying for it. Weird experience, would not recommend.

Had tge pizza by the slice.Not really italian style pizza. Looks like any other chain pizza place. I felt like the pizza by the slice was small for what they are charging.

Absolutely delicious thin crust pizza that is pleasantly floppy. Every flavour we tried tasted delicious and the toppings were high quality with perfect topping to crust/dough ratio. Pretty perfect pizza slices and some of the best pizza out there.

I ordered an xl pizza, half and half. I was getting ready to go pick it up when I received a call saying that they are out of beef, I asked for chicken wings and they were out of that as well.
The pizza was super salty, did not have enough cheese and the ingredients did not mix well together. Because of lower cheese content the chicken or other topping were easily falling down.

Little quaint spot with unexpectedly great pizza! Gentleman behind the counter was soft spoken and nice with good details of the product. One of the best I’ve had in awhile, good amount of toppings and a tasty crust, Sundays free cheese bread was bonus and really good and hot too.

We stopped here on a day layover after a cruise as a last minute choice and this pizza was very good. The guy making it was super nice and accommodating.

We ordered 3 pizzas with a family of 5 and pretty much finished them all in the restaurant. Obviously there are other places that will be good but not the pizza places we went to the week before our cruise, this was the best we had! The reviews about cheap or little topping amounts are not accurate at all.

One of the best pizza I ever had, the spicy beef is incredible with parsley on top, cozy place, sympathic owner, and impressive to look at him work.

Just happen to be in the area and love it !

Had the Capicollo and mushroom pizza and really liked it.Its probably in my top 3 in Vancouver. Cooked perfectly with a slight crunch. I highly recommend this pizza.

Love this place. I work right at the liquor store near it and always eat here at least 3 times a week. Best pizza I’ve had hands down

This is my 3rd time here and I am very pleased with Romilano Pizza. Today, I had the steak, peppers onions slice and an Oliva Funghi slice and I scarfed them down too swiftly. Great place for a quick and filling slice. Also friendly staff here. Definitely coming back and ordering from here.
