Took about 40 minutes for the person working here to pack my half dozen bagels into a bag. Took her about 30 seconds for her to pack it once she got around to it. Mind you, I was one of two people in the store. Good bagels though, terrible service. Don't think I'll be coming back to this location if it's going to be 40 minutes slower than it should've.

Highly recommend their everything bagel. The perfect combination of spice, saltiness, and flavour. In fact, all their bagels have the perfect texture and moisture content and taste great eaten alone or with toppings and spreads. Some of the best bagels out there.

First time trying this place out and enjoyed it for what it was. I became more fascinated with bagels after coming back from NYC. Although these bagels are a different style from NYC, I enjoyed the flavours, texture and service.
