A key difference between the foods we get back in india/Nepal and over here (Canada) is that the foods over here are generally modified a bit to suit the general palate here. A classic example is samosas, which are (generally speaking) significantly better in India/Nepal than over here. One word: delicious. First time here, and it won't be the last. The Royal Nepalese Momo Palace is a new find for me. The first time I visited I had a very nice chat with the owner. I had the Royal Special which was great. Chicken in an awesome sauce, puff rice, toasted soy nuts, bara (A delightful lentil crepe) alu dum ( potato in sauce) and a few sliced carrots. Good value at $10.99.The owner suggested Nepali tea.
