This place is literally a hole in the wall and is below the sidewalk. This place is easy to miss. I’ve been wanting to try some downtown sushi for awhile and this spot doesn’t disappoint. If you’re half deaf like I am, there will be a language barrier but be patient. I’m a huge fan of deep fried sushi and this place has the best one I’ve ever tried (Crazy California Roll) .
Came here for a quick sushi lunch on Friday. Friendly staff and the rolls were ok. The sushi roll combo with miso soup $14. Other combos range from $14-18.
If you want to have a quick lunch, and you're not looking too much service, then this is a good place to go. It's meant to be more self-served, such as pouring your own tea, and getting your own utensils.

I love this place! They have the best deals I ever had, specially the menus. Everything I have tried (spicy tuna maki, chicken teriyaki, miso soup and gyozas) is very tasty and served quickly.
Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian maki and I think some gyozas too.
