I always eat here when I go to the movies or when I'm in the area! The owners are a lovely couple, very kind and hospitable. Their food is delicious and very fresh! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Had their $12.29 Beef Teriyaki special. Fair portion and amount of beef for the price! The teriyaki sauce was quite flavourful, and the assorted veggies (including mushrooms) gave the plate a nice balance. The food is cooked fresh, and that's always appreciated in a food court setting. Good place for a quick bite if you're in the area or going to one of the events at Rogers Arena or BC Place since it's close by!

Got the Beef Teriyaki and I specifically asked for no mushrooms but he added them anyways. Food was alright though.

The portion size was so small, not worth it for the price. There were some pieces of udon in my chicken/shrimp teriyaki with rice. Shows that they don't care about quality just grilling multiple dishes at once then splitting it unevenly.

Solid. High quality for a food court, but relatively standard.

I visited as soon as the restaurant opened. He cleaned the iron plate and the kitchen looked clean. The cook is honest and kind. He recommended me the right amount and never overordered. I ordered teriyaki beef and shrimp with spicy sauce. I think he forgot spicy sauce but the original sauce wasn't salty and it was excellent too.The beef was savory and delicious without any smell. The shrimp was smaller than I thought, but not bad. Personally, I don't like vegetables, but the grilled vegetables were fresh and delicious. If you are looking for Teriyaki restaurant near Chinatown, I recommend this restaurant. I'm thinking of visiting again.

flabbergasted to see the penny pinching when it came to the amount of “beef”— yet filled up the order with more rice & veggies to make it seem hearty. The beef’s texture was VERY slimy, burnt and not appetizing at all. Sushi Den is a better place to go to for beef teriyaki because you get what you order.
