Brian over at seafood city helped me source hotaru ika okizuke from overseas. This stuff is nigh impossible to find where I'm from. I also bought a pair of freshwater crabs and seweed pearls. Everything they had was clean, fresh, and reasonably priced. Brian was beyond gracious and helpful. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you Brian and Seafood City for making this happen.
