Got some amazing fresh mussels and made a delicious Thai curry. Incredibly friendly and efficient service!
Today I bought three sea bass. Unfortunately, one of them was spoiled. The smell was very strong as soon as I opened the package for cooking. Very disappointing.
P.S. I cooked the remaining two, but the smell was so awful that I had to throw everything away.

i think this is the place where you must visit in Van. its kinda Iconic at the market itself. famous salmon with salmon cured, jerky stuff was really nice
Everyone I’ve met at this joint has been a pleasure to shop with. I get a decent selection of caviar and they’ve sorta taught me how to shuck oysters properly lol the secret is to go slowlyyyyy :P
Excellent candied salmon and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend giving them a try when visiting Granville Island!
I have been shopping here for numerous years, more than I can recall, and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff are great. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and their products are fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. I like that they have different products and switch it up often. They are kind enough to offer suggestions and tips for cooking. The crab cakes are by far the best I’ve had in the city so far - buy them if you see them! Love this place. It’s my local go-to for fish/seafood

Went to the right place looking for Octopus for a sushi party I was having tonight, and immediately they could help me, wrapped up my selection in a bag with some ice, and they even had wasabi there (which I had forgotten haha). Next time I might even splurge on some Uni, and some sashimi grade steelhead salmon as well! Delicious, super tender and the price was great. 👍🏻 10/10 would recommend 💯
Our go to fish monger… the best! Fresh whole fish which we love to bbq in the summer, very friendly staff who recognize you even if you haven’t been in a while. Excellent service.
