This is my favorite place for getting bubble tea. The right taste and warmth of the drink is always consistent. I even got a customised order, the employees are very well mannered. Have visited the place more than 5 times and will definitely revisit.

Very good bubble tea and they are very generous on the pearls and jelly. It is so rare to find a bubble tea place like this that's consistent with their drinks and taste good. Not all Sharetea franchises are good like this one. I hope they never change.

I nice place to have bubble tea on Robson. Their drinks are a bit too sweet so I'd reccommend getting 50 or even 30 percent sweetness of the normal level. There was one time I visited 15 minutes before close and they would not serve us, but I suppose that is common with some bubble tea places and just a small gripe.

i am ADDICTED to this place. their black tea cream is so delicious. if I'm having a bad day, getting bubble tea from here always perks me up.

- waited at the register for around 9 minutes before the staff decided they didn't want to take in person orders and made me pay via the app- incorrect sugar level for Hokkaido pearl milk tea- overcooked pearls (mushy and incorrect consistency)- half order of pearls with every drink for some reason (I guess in this case it's a good thing because the pearls were so bad)- disaster.
This place is so good to enjoy a warm milk tea, especially when it is raining and chilly outside. The boss friendly recommended me the Okinawa milk tea, which was fantastic! The pearls were soft and tender. Also, the sweetness and temperature were just right! I'll definitely try other options when I go to Robson Street. Five Star recommends! Thank you for your service and milk tea. You have made my day.

I ordered oolong tea and it wasn’t even what I orderThey never add the creams when we order oolong tea, I used to buy oolong tea from them last year and it taste completely different from why they making now , it’s milk only , very disappointing and not going to order from them again

Original black milk tea is worth it.Thai iced tea blended with tapioca - It's not thai iced tea. It's milk tea with orange food colouring. + Tapiocas are erasers in disguise
