I had coupons that could be used in all share tea locations, one of which was a coupon for 15% off the entire order. This specific store told me that our coupon can no longer be used for the entire order because “too many people are using the coupons.” We can only use it for ONE drink. What is the point of issuing coupons if it can’t even be used as stated? Why deceive your customers?In addition, it took 20+ minutes to receive my order. A customer behind me even said, “it’s like waiting in line for 8 years.”I was also not given a bag or a tray for my 4 drinks, which makes things difficult because it is snowing and I cannot carry 4 drinks while holding an umbrella.Edit: I got home and realized that he messed the topping for one of my drinks. Chocolate does not taste good with lychee jelly.

Exceptional customer service. I was really surprised at how efficient and responsive the young man working the store was alone. I took my niece and nephew here to treat them and was met with a line of 4 or so people. I had expected a long wait but was surprised when we got to the front in what felt like 5 minutes. My 7 year old niece wanted to order herself despite being scared but the barista provided helpful suggestions which helped her order her drink. The bubble tea came out in no time and it was very delicious. Definitely recommend coming here to treat yourself to some bubble tea.

I had an Okinawa milk tea with 50% sugar and no ice. Great taste but still a little too sweet. However that's the least sugar you can have. I had mine without boba.

Cherity is just another bubble tea chain in Vancouver. They are all pretty much the same. The staff was friendly, and the establishment was clean. Parking is limited at this location and trying to find a spot on Renfrew, we lucked out and pulled in as someone else was leaving right in front of the shop.

Delicious & RefreshingI tried their Mango & Passionfruit Tea and Hawaiian Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly.Ingredients were fresh and the drink was customized to my liking.They could work on the layout of their seating areas, it’s very sparse and the furniture doesn’t look that comfortable.Staff was friendly and service was fast. They didn’t have hot drinks available due to the machine being broken down, no timeline as to when that’s expected to be fixed.I’ll be definitely coming again. Thank you!

Nothing special. They couldn't do hot milk tea because the machine wasn't working. They used tape to seal a small hole in the lid. $7 for milk tea with pearls. Not sure why this place has higher ratings than other places which are the same or better.
