Exceptional customer service. I was really surprised at how efficient and responsive the young man working the store was alone. I took my niece and nephew here to treat them and was met with a line of 4 or so people. I had expected a long wait but was surprised when we got to the front in what felt like 5 minutes. Cherity is just another bubble tea chain in Vancouver. They are all pretty much the same. The staff was friendly, and the establishment was clean. Parking is limited at this location and trying to find a spot on Renfrew, we lucked out and pulled in as someone else was leaving right in front of the shop.
Delicious & RefreshingI tried their Mango & Passionfruit Tea and Hawaiian Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly.Ingredients were fresh and the drink was customized to my liking.They could work on the layout of their seating areas, it’s very sparse and the furniture doesn’t look that comfortable.Staff was friendly and service was fast.
