This old style Cantonese restaurant on Victoria drive close to 42ave, customers are mostly local residents, they serve dimsum for breakfast lunch as well as main courses in the evening. You have to look for the front door because you may pass by without notice. Food quality is decent and the portion is on the generous size. Shun Jing Lou is the new name of the former Lucky Dragon Palace. The new owner took over during the pandemic opening after restaurants were allowed to open with social distancing restrictions.The restaurant improved by 1 star food wise, 2 stars service wise n maybe .5 star atmosphere as it had a small renovation after changing hands.
It was a surprise that food prices were unexpectedly inexpensive. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Good to have lunch and dinner with friends and family on weekends.
